APPETIZER : Trio Tasting Braised calamari, Grilled octopus, Scallop ceviche

MIDDLE COURSE: Tagliatelle house made pasta, Maine lobster Ragu, tomato cream sauce, parsley

MAIN COURSE: Bouillabaisse pan seared striped bass, mussels, clams, prawn, lobster broth, roullie

DESSERT: Brioche Bread Pudding vanilla & Nutella bread pudding, raisins, currants, whipped cream, vanilla gelato
